Luis Peris Industries Inc. has over 30 years of experience in solving problems related to aspiration, cleaning and air purification. The result of this experience and collaboration with the prestigious University Of Valencia, we have developed a new modular bag filter of high efficiency, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The structure of the filter F.A.M.G. is a particularly strong, since it has been entirely manufactured in galvanized steel of high resistance to vibration and fatigue of the material. The new filter design optimizes the separation of solid particles and incorporates the following main elements:
– Intel Plenum: sedimentation chamber for reduce the air flow speed and the kinetic energy of airborne particles.
– Air Deflator: A device that drastically reduces air velocity and distributed to the sides of the filter getting a cyclone effect. This device gets to prevent the uneven wastage of the filter bags.
– Hopper 60o: it favors the precipitation of solid particles on the walls of the hopper, preventing the formation of clusters. Thanks to the modular design and fastening system applied, the filter is supplied pre-assembled in modules from our factory. The final assembly is much easier and faster than other filters of the competitors.
