Loading systems of flat storages are designed for the transport of grain and loose products in flat storages.
In our offer we have a variety of technical solutions intended for different types of stores. System, performance and installation equipment are selected for each query individually according to customer needs.
Loading system of flat store can be based on a standard belt conveyor flight with a trolley of discharge and a special lateral mobile belt conveyor flight which receives the seed from discharge truck and scatters them evenly on flat store.
The loading is carried out fully automatically, controlled and programmed by the PLC system.
Capacity: 100 – 860 m³.
With the help of our devices You can transport cereals, granulates, sawdust, dusts etc.
Loading of flat storages and open spaces is a simple and inexpensive system based on two belt conveyor flights including one belt conveyor flight giving the product is able to move in four different directions (up, down, right, left).
The maximum angle of inclination is 45°. This system can be easily adapted for loading of cars, ships.
