The device is designed to achieve Service Factor (load capacity) in 6th grade. Due to the material being transported, the entire device is made of stainless steel with a minimum carbon content to avoid the release of undesirable chemical agents. The walls, floors and covers made of stainless steel 3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm thick. The floors and shovels of the chain are lined with a special plastic material that allows the material to be transported about temperature of 100 ° C. The whole device is sealed with a teflon tape.
To increase the strenght of the drive and tensioning section and the ability to transfer drive loads, in some places a sum of wall thicknesses up to 38 mm was obtained. The most modern bearings in fittings are used, which are double-sealed. In order to prevent grease from entering the device, the bearings were moved away from the body of the section and the shaft was sealed with special sliding sealants. In addition, a tire coupling was used in the drive section and a self-cleaning system in the tensioning section.
