Made of corrugated, galvanized sheet of steel with very high strength (3600kg/m^(2)).

Is the ideal solution for seed treatment/pickling in a batch system, its advantage is very easy operation and maintenance. The machine is equipped with a rotary atomizer, which evenly sprays by pickling liquid grain located in the seed treatment/pickling chamber.

Dust extraction unit, in which is also equipped, purifies the seeds of light impurities and dust before spraying cycle. This ensures the high quality of the pickling and increases safety at work.

Its a small performance, to 1 t/h, is used in small and medium-sized farms.

The principle of operation:

The seeds contained in the pickling chamber are fitted in the inertial motion causing a very intense their mixing. Then in the chamber is released from the seeds dust which is sucked with the aid of suction nozzle and transported along with the air to the dust extraction device. The task of dust extraction device is also pulling fumes out of the bag during bagging of pickled seeds. Pickling liquid automatically flows from the reservoir to the rotary atomiser located in the lid of the chamber. In the lower part of the mixing chamber is a gate valve used to emptying of the chamber from the pickled seeds, this is done after pulling the rod of gate valve whose handle is located just above the bagging machine.

The principle of operation:

Pickled seeds in spraying chamber fall to the screw conveyor where they are thoroughly mixed with seed pickle and transported for double sack-filling machine.Seed pickle located in the tank is pumped by a pump by pressure pipe to the manifold and continue to drip from which the excess is poured by overflow tube to the tank and suitable dosage collected by the metering wheel is addressed to the trough and further into the atomizer.
Excess liquid from the manifold is directed by line back to the tank in order to continuous mixing its contents - it prevents the sedimentation of a suspension.

Amela is a mobile seed pickling machine, mounted on the trailer car so it can be transported to any farm by car.It has easy operation, fast assembly and disassembly. Pickled seeds are packed in small bags, with the help of attachment to Big Bags or directly on the trailer.

This seed pickling machine has an aspiration system dedusting  seeds effectively. Air contaminated by dust from the seeds is carefully filtered in dedusting device.
